Staff Guide

Staff - here is what you need to know!

🚍 Parking is noted on the site map. Buses can park south of the curling rink in the designated areas. All other vehicles can be parked in the Uniplex's main paved lot.
☔ Parts of the day will take place outdoors, rain or shine, so please remind students to dress for the weather.
➕ First aid supplies will be available in the first aid room. Please ensure students are accompanied by an adult to access this room.
🎧 A quiet space will be available for students who may need a break from the day's activities; they must have an adult to access this room as well.
🏠 The day will begin with all groups gathering in the arena.
🍎 Snack bags will be available at your team's first station.
🍽 Lunch will be provided. (Meals for dietary restrictions will be labelled)
