February is Inclusive Education Month

It’s Inclusive Education Month! As part of our Safe & Caring goal, we strive to celebrate and nurture every child's unique abilities. We are grateful for the commitment of students, families, and staff in supporting successful inclusion in Horizon schools. #InclusiveEducation #SafeAndCaring

Recognition of National Ribbon Skirt Day

National Ribbon Skirt Day was created in honour of elementary school student Isabella Kulak from the Cote First Nation, and is recognized each January. Horizon students and staff are invited to wear ribbon skirts and shirts on January 9, 2025, following the winter school break.
